| Training/Seminars: AAK Karate Training Camp at Renaissance Centre |
The Association for the Advancement of Karatedo (AAK) announced that the first half of a two part Karate Training Camp and Instructors Course will be held on Sunday 09 November 2003 at the 2/F Bramante Piazza Ballroom of the Renaissance Center on Meralco Avenue, Pasig City starting at 1:00 p.m. Several karate clubs and organizations in Luzon have been invited to participate.

| Training/Seminars: AAK TEAM TO WORLD CUP JOINS TRAINING CAMP, LIM TEACHES GOJU RYU |
The 12 man delegation led by Richard “Ricky” Lim Sensei and Juan Carlos “Chino” Veguillas Sensei joined the prestigious Kobe-Osaka International (KOI) Training Camp which was held in Dresden, Germany last July 15-18, 2002.

The Saxon Karate Federation website contains a photo gallery of the Training
camp where one can find Raissa Velasquez leading a group of karatekas in Synchronize
Kata. The Saxon Karate Federation website also contains a gallery of pictures
during the World Cup Tournament. In that page one can find pictures of Richard
Lim Sensei officiating and the AAK-Philippines Junior Kata Team performing Chatanyara
Kushanku kata and bunkai (application) as well as Raissa Velasquez applying
chair sitting defense against Norman Montalvo Sempai during the Opening Ceremonies.

| Training/Seminars: AAK HOLDS GENERAL PRACTICE AT THE MORO LORENZO |
The Association for the Advancement of Karatedo (AAK) held
last May 26, 2002 its annual General Practice at the Moro Lorenzo Gym of the
Ateneo de Manila University. Once again students from all AAK branches gathered
together to train under one gym. The General Practice was a complete success
having an attendance of over 400 karatekas training under one roof.
