In an improvement of last year’s finish, AAK TEAM PHILIPPINES, coached by former SEA GAMES GOLD MEDALLISTS RICHARD LIM and JUAN CARLOS “CHINO” VEGUILLAS, won 2 GOLD, 3 SILVER and 8 BRONZE MEDALS in the just concluded 12TH KOI WORLD CUP held in EVIA, GREECE from 14-20 JULY 2003. The ASSOCIATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF KARATEDO (AAK) also announced that we won the bid to host the 13TH KOI KARATE WORLD CUP in JULY 2004.
